Free medical care for those experiencing homelessness.

Providing health care in Lee County, North Carolina.

As long as people live outdoors on our streets, along our river and creek banks, under our bridges, and in our abandoned buildings, H3 Health Healing Hope will provide access to health care that meets their unique needs.

Street Medicine

Bringing medicine to where people are; house calls for those without homes. We walk the streets of Lee County, providing medical care to a vulnerable and under-served population.

Primary Care Clinic

We have a mobile clinic to provide free patient care at various community locations; see our Events page to find out when and where in the upcoming weeks.

Medication & Equipment

Those “sleeping in the rough” may not be up-to-date on their vaccinations; in addition to COVID-19, we also make sure folks have flu and other shots as needed. We also provide needed medicine at no cost to patients on a monthly basis, as well as medical equipment like knee braces.

Why We Do What We Do

“‘For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’”

Matthew 25:35-40
